We want you to love your SOS Hair purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

3-Day Returns on Unopened Boxes

You must file a refund request within 3 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused products in their original, sealed, undamaged packaging. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (562) 852-3809 with your order number and reason within those 3 days. For hygiene reasons, once a box has been opened the product is no longer eligible for return.

Wigs Are Final Sale

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, all wig sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. If your wig arrives with a mechanical or manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (562) 852-3809 within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
