Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately; actual shades may vary slightly due to screen settings and the natural variation of human hair. Wigs and certain items are made to order.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors. To modify or cancel an order, you must contact us via WhatsApp at +1 (562) 852-3809 or by email at manpreetsethi92@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Returns

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, including the final-sale conditions on wigs and the unopened-box requirement.

Limitation of Liability

SOS Hair is not liable for damage resulting from improper application, styling, or care of extensions and wigs. We recommend professional application for bonded methods.
