Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days — $9.99, free on orders over $250. Express shipping (1–2 business days): $19.99 flat rate. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are processed same-day.

Custom Wigs

Wigs are made to order and ship within 3–4 weeks of purchase due to the custom nature of each piece.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, India, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, and most of Europe. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (562) 852-3809 within 48 hours with photos. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund your order.
